All sales of bespoke (custom) artwork are final. We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction. However, due to the personalised nature of custom artwork, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

No Refunds Policy
At La Feet C’est Chic, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have established a no refunds policy for the following categories:
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, software, online courses, and downloadable content, are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and samples (if available) before making a purchase.
2. Intimate Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of intimate products, including but not limited to underwear, lingerie, and personal care items, are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for these items. Please ensure you select the correct size and product before completing your purchase.
3. Custom Artwork
All sales of custom artwork, including but not limited to commissioned paintings, drawings, and personalized designs, are final. We work closely with our clients during the creation process to ensure satisfaction. However, due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, refunds are not available once the order is placed and work has commenced.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a product is found to be defective or not as described, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
